Experience drives our culture

We started Neural Partners as three longtime friends and advertising nerds who wanted to rethink not just the industry, but the way we work… how we show up for our partners, our people, and the planet. It didn't start with a pitch deck (although we have plenty of those). It started with one of those classic "this could actually work" moments, when one of us saw just how much AI could improve how advertising gets done.
Culture has been a constant in our careers for over 15 years. We've worked in scrappy startups, global holding companies, and publicly traded giants. And we've seen both sides: when culture drives everything, and when it's just a word on a "company objective" slide in an all-hands meeting. Those experiences shaped what we wanted to build, and what we were ready to leave behind.
At Neural Partners, we mash our real-world experience with a vision for what makes a company not just successful, but worth building. Here's what drives our culture:
  1. Leading with respect
  2. Working with autonomy
  3. Communicating with transparency
  4. Building through momentum
  5. Offering perks with purpose
This is the company we always wanted to work for, so we built it. Neural Partners is a bet on a better way of working. A place where curiosity is rewarded, people are treated like adults, and great work doesn't come at the expense of your life. We're still evolving, still learning, and doing it all with intention. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to hear from you.

Culture drives our foundation

Leading with respect

Every "Neuron" in our "Network" brings something different to the table: ideas, instincts, and perspectives. We start with mutual respect. For people, for creativity, for failure, for the process.

Working with autonomy

We're not into micromanagement. We hire capable humans and trust them to do their thing. Early mornings at the airport or sunny afternoons from the back porch - what matters is the outcome.

Communicating with transparency

We believe in open conversations, shared context, and saying the quiet part out loud. It's not always easy, but it builds trust. And we'd rather over-communicate than have anyone guessing.

Building through momentum

We'll take forward motion over flawless plans. Done is better than perfect. We move fast, learn faster, and leave space to iterate along the way.

Offering perks with purpose

We're not here to win the perk Olympics. We offer what matters, from unlimited PTO, flexible schedules, wellness opportunities and parental leave. And we test what improves life: no meeting days, three-day weekends every month, or even standard four-day workweeks. If it helps people feel better and work smarter, we're into it.

What we stand for

Stronger Together

The best ideas don't happen in isolation, and neither does the best work. We show up as collaborators, not competitors, bringing diverse perspectives and zero ego. No politics, no silos, no passive-aggressive Slack messages. Just people who want to build smart, impactful things - together.

Driven by Curiosity

We ask questions that don't have obvious answers (and we like it that way). Curiosity is our edge. Whether we're rethinking a process, pushing the limits of a platform, or wondering why on earth no one's solved this yet, we stay inquisitive. Because comfortable thinking rarely leads to breakthrough ideas.

#GSD (Get Sh*t Done)

Ideas are great. Decks are nice. But execution is everything. We don't chase perfection - we chase progress. When something needs doing, we don't wait for permission or perfect conditions. We jump in, take ownership, and figure it out. We believe momentum matters more than polish, and results speak louder than long threads. No coasting, no fluff. Just smart people making real things happen, fast.

How we work together

The foundational systems that guide how we collaborate, execute, and grow as a team

Respect as Protocol

Every "Neuron" in our "Network" brings different ideas, instincts, and perspectives. We start with mutual respect for people, creativity, failure, and process.

Autonomy by Design

We hire capable humans and trust them to execute. Early mornings at airports or sunny afternoons from back porches—outcomes matter, not optics.

Radical Transparency

Open conversations, shared context, saying the quiet part out loud. We'd rather over-communicate than leave anyone guessing.

Momentum > Perfection

Forward motion beats flawless plans. Done is better than perfect. We move fast, learn faster, iterate constantly.

Purpose-Driven Perks

We're not winning perk Olympics. Unlimited PTO, flexible schedules, wellness support, four-day workweeks—if it helps people think better and work smarter, we're in.
