Privacy rights

Last Updated: March 30, 2025

Neural Partners is committed to transparency and responsible data practices. This page explains your rights under U.S. state data privacy laws, including those in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and Texas. It also describes how to exercise these rights.

Who This Applies To

This page applies to residents of U.S. states with active consumer data privacy laws. If you are not sure whether your state is covered, you are still welcome to submit a request and we will review it in accordance with applicable law.

Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

1. Know What Personal Information We Collect

You can request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you, including:

  • Categories of sources
  • Purpose of collection
  • Categories of third parties with whom information was shared

2. Access and Portability

You may request a copy of your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format.

3. Request Deletion

You may ask us to delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g. for recordkeeping, security, or legal compliance).

4. Correct Inaccurate Information

If you believe your personal information is incorrect, you may request that we correct it.

5. Opt Out of Personal Information Sharing

Neural Partners does not sell your personal information. However, you have the right to opt out of any “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as defined under California and other state laws.

6. Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information

If we collect sensitive personal information (e.g., geolocation, race/ethnicity, biometric data), you may request that we limit its use to essential business purposes only.

7. Appeal a Denied Request

In some states (such as Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut), you may appeal if your privacy rights request is denied. Instructions will be provided in our response.
