Most Paid Programs Look Busy and Spend Inefficiently

01

"Impressions" got reported. Revenue didn't.

Decks full of impressions, reach, CPM, frequency — with CAC and ROAS buried four slides deep or missing entirely. If the metric on page one isn't the one that pays the bills, the program is being managed for the deck, not the business.

02

Tracking is broken and nobody knows it.

Pixels misfire. Conversions double-count. Server-side tags never got wired. The platform tells you ROAS is 4x; the bank account says otherwise. Half the spend is being optimized against numbers that aren't true.

03

Creative gets tested in a vacuum.

A new hook, a new image, a new headline — tested without a control, without a clean read, without the volume to tell signal from noise. Months go by and nobody can say what's actually working.

04

The landing page wasn't part of the plan.

Ads point to a homepage. Or a generic category page. Or a page that loads slowly on mobile. The ad team blames the site; the site team blames the targeting. Spend leaks out of the funnel between the click and the form.

Headline Features

Five Things You'll See in the First Month

The work that moves the number that matters — from launch, every week, against your real CAC and ROAS.

01

Google, Meta & display management

Search, Performance Max, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), display, and remarketing — managed as one program, not five disconnected accounts each chasing their own metric.

02

Audience targeting & creative testing

Segmentation built from your real customer data, not the platform's defaults. Creative tested with controls, clean reads, and enough volume to actually call a winner.

03

Bid strategy & budget pacing

Bid strategies tuned to the goal — not whatever the platform suggested at launch. Pacing managed daily so spend hits the month evenly instead of front-loading or burning out by week three.

04

Pixel setup & conversion tracking

Pixels, tags, server-side events, conversion APIs — wired correctly, validated against your CRM and store-of-record. The reporting is true, or we won't ship it.

05

Real CAC & ROAS reporting

Weekly dashboards that lead with the numbers that matter — CAC by channel, ROAS by campaign, contribution to revenue — not vanity metrics that look great until somebody asks where the dollars went.

Everything That Ships With Paid Advertising

A complete paid program for brands that want one team owning spend, creative, tracking, and reporting — not a contractor running ads inside a black box.

Campaign strategy & account structure setup

A real account architecture — campaigns, ad groups, audiences, exclusions — built around your business model, not a recycled template from another client.

Google Search & Performance Max campaigns

Brand, non-brand, competitor, and Performance Max managed deliberately — with asset groups, audience signals, and exclusions tuned so PMax doesn't quietly cannibalize what's already working.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram) campaign management

Prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle structured cleanly. Creative cycled on cadence. Audience overlap monitored so frequency doesn't quietly torch performance.

Display & remarketing campaigns

Display and remarketing run as a measured layer — with frequency caps, exclusion logic, and view-through attribution that's been pressure-tested, not assumed.

Audience segmentation & custom targeting

Custom audiences built from CRM, purchase history, on-site behavior, and lookalikes. Match rates checked. Segments refreshed on cadence so audiences don't quietly stale out.

Ad creative development & A/B testing

Hooks, copy, formats, and asset variants developed and tested against your audience — with a control, a hypothesis, and a documented winner each cycle.

Landing page alignment & CRO recommendations

We don't just ship traffic to whatever URL existed. Landing pages are reviewed against ad intent, mobile speed, and conversion design — with CRO recommendations handed back to your site team (or built directly, on Neural Core).

Conversion tracking & pixel implementation

Pixel deploys, server-side tagging, conversion APIs, and CRM sync — wired correctly and validated end-to-end before optimization decisions get made on the data.

Budget pacing & bid optimization

Daily pacing checks. Bid strategy reviewed weekly. Underperforming campaigns paused, winners scaled deliberately — not left running until somebody notices the report at month-end.

Weekly performance dashboards

A clean weekly read — what spent, what converted, what changed — with the CAC and ROAS up top and the platform vanity metrics down the page where they belong.

Monthly strategy reviews

A monthly working session — what the data is telling us, what's compounding, what's stalled, what we're changing for the next 30 days. No deck-defending; just decisions.

Competitive ad intelligence

What your competitors are running, on which platforms, with what creative angles and what frequency — tracked continuously so we know the field, not just our own corner of it.

Move Up The Stack

The human layer on top of the agentic layer.

Paid Advertising is the performance engine. Neural Labs is the custom human layer on top of the same Neural Core platform — for brands that want a deeper paid strategy engagement, multi-market expansion planning, or in-house creative team augmentation on their own terms. Media strategists, paid leads, and creative directors picking up where this tier hands off.

Common Questions

Yes — below a certain threshold, paid simply can't generate the volume needed for clean optimization reads. We'll be honest about that on the first call. If you're below the floor, we'll point you at organic and lifecycle first.
No. The engagement is a fixed monthly fee. Percentage-of-spend models incentivize agencies to inflate budgets — we'd rather be incentivized to make every dollar work harder, not push you to spend more.
You do. Always. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and any other accounts stay in your name — we operate inside them. If you ever decide to take it in-house or move on, the assets, history, and learnings come with you.
For ad creative inside this engagement: we develop hooks, copy, and a working set of asset variants. For larger creative production (photo, video, full campaign), we either pull from Content & Creative or scope it through Neural Labs.
If your accounts and tracking are clean: 2–3 weeks. If we have to fix pixel deploys, conversion mapping, or account structure first: ~4 weeks. We won't launch on broken data — that's how budgets get burned.
We handle the transition. Account ownership transfer, history preservation, custom audience export, pixel/tag handover — documented and executed before we touch a single campaign. Common situation; not a blocker.

Stop optimizing for the deck.
