Whistleblower Policy
1. Purpose
Neural Partners is committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. This Whistleblower Policy provides a framework for employees, contractors, partners, and third parties to report concerns regarding actual or suspected violations of law, unethical behavior, or breaches of company policy, including privacy or data protection laws.

This policy applies to all individuals working with or on behalf of Neural Partners, including employees, contractors, vendors, clients, and business partners.
3. What Can Be Reported
Whistleblowers may report any concerns related to:
- Violations of federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Misuse of company funds or fraudulent activities
- Privacy and data protection violations (e.g., CCPA noncompliance, unauthorized data disclosure)
- Unsafe or unethical practices
- Discrimination, harassment, or abuse
- Retaliation against whistleblowers

You may choose to remain anonymous. While doing so may limit our ability to investigate, we will respect and protect anonymity to the extent legally permissible.
5. Protection Against Retaliation
Neural Partners strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation. Any retaliation will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination or contract cancellation.
6. Confidentiality
All reports will be handled with strict confidentiality, consistent with applicable legal obligations and the need to conduct a thorough investigation. Information will only be shared on a need-to-know basis.
7. Investigation Process
Once a report is received, it will be:
- Logged and assigned an internal reference number
- Reviewed by a designated compliance officer or legal advisor
- Investigated thoroughly, including interviews and evidence collection where applicable
- Resolved with appropriate action taken, documented, and tracked
